  • We exclusively offer "Ship to Store for Pick Up" as our primary shipping method.

  • We do not provide home delivery or shipping to residential addresses.

 

How "Ship to Store" Works:

  • Place your order on our website, selecting the items you wish to purchase.

  • During the checkout process, choose the "Ship to Store" option.

  • Complete your purchase and await a confirmation email.

 

Order Processing:

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

  • Orders are typically ready for pick up within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability.

  • Please wait for the "Ready for Pick Up" notification email before visiting our store.

 

Pick Up Instructions:

  • When you receive the "Ready for Pick Up" email, visit our Oakland Park location.

  • Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation (digital or printed) for verification.

  • Our friendly staff will assist you in retrieving your order.

 

Shipping Fees:

  • We do not charge shipping fees for the "Ship to Store for Pick Up" option.

 

Order Changes or Cancellations:

  • Changes or cancellations may be subject to our order modification policy.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your shirt order from our coffee shop. If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, here's how we can assist you:

Refunds:

  • If you are dissatisfied with your shirt, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The shirt must be in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached.

  • We will issue a full refund to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges:

  • If you'd like to exchange your shirt for a different size or design, please reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The shirt must be in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached.

  • We will process the exchange promptly, and any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • Contact our team at Engage@cythco.com to request a return or exchange and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  • Securely package your shirt, include the RAN, and ship it to
    3446 NE 12th Ave. Oakland Park, FL 33334. Please use a trackable shipping method.

  • Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-7 business days.
